Most domestic properties in Kent are Grade 2, which is what the majority of home insurers expect for a standard house. Grade 3 comes in where there is a higher risk or a specific insurer requirement, often on larger or more isolated properties. If it does not, we will tell you what is genuinely appropriate rather than selling you up a grade you have no use for.

Wireless goes in faster, causes far less disruption, and is the sensible choice in a period property or anywhere you cannot chase walls or lift floors. Wireless systems we fit are encrypted and supervised as standard, so the panel knows if a sensor stops reporting rather than quietly ignoring it.

Yes. Access control, door entry and gate automation are part of the same side of the business as the alarms, so one team surveys and fits the lot. That matters more than it sounds, because the alarm, the gate and the door entry usually want to share power and network runs. Doing them together means one set of cabling and one visit rather than paying twice for the same access work and then trying to make three systems talk to each other afterwards.
